Purchased a multi gym in July that was faulty requested to return item took nearky 3 months for them to collect. The item has been received in there distribution center on the 5th October and I still havent received my refund, to make matters worse they have now stopped responding to my emails and still haven't received my refund of over 400 pound. Will be contacting citizens advice and trading standards to get my refund. I can upload email proof to show all messages etc I can even upload a copy of the I'm I to the below email address a week ago and still haven't had a reply? But they can reply to me on here? Funny that.

I recently bought a Gymbopro Water Rowing Machine from UKImports. The buying experince was very easy and true to their word, the machine arrived next day!! I was impressed by the secure packaging. The rower was easy to put together, instructions were clear and precise. The Gymbopro Rower, seems strong and well-built. Really pleased with my purchase. If you are looking for a water rower, this Gymbopro is excellent value for the money. Barry - Kent

CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE

Purchased a treadmill and cancelling within the 14 day cancellation period. The phones lines do not work anymore, excuses of covid given. I’ve contacted via their online contacts form and two email addresses and no one has come back to me. Our next stop would be to take it back to the showroom but it says showroom closed as well.

Please contact me to arrange this return and refund!!!!

After having a battery fault on my golf trolley this company are saying i only git 6 month warranty on the battery but 12 months on the trolly. Madness
I would not buy this if i had known. Stay away or upgrade to the battery with 3 year warranty at a much higher price expensive Christmas present now useless.

Sent me a misdiscribbed used item electric toy car and phone num does not exist!! Emails were not helpful Refused to pay refund unless I closed my complaints case Was advised not to by trading standards And eBay Told seller this and he said he would not pay me my refund...eBay look in to the case and refund me as they could see seller was in the wrong

Only reason I have given two stars is the fact that I received both sets of Dumbells. However the weight bench on the other hand was sent out with the wrong hardware pack. Customer Service are shocking, several emails later, someone responded expecting me to take pictures and send. I'm a busy man and don't have time for this. Here's an idea, why not send the correct hardware pack with the correct bench.

Bought a spin bike which arrived in less than a week. I was extremely nervous after reading reviews on here so wanted to take the time to post my own experience. At £230 the bike is of course not as good as spin bikes I have used in the gym but for the money its great and it certainly does the job. Would recommend

Bought a trampoline in March, part of the frame was faulty so couldn’t build the trampoline. Waited three weeks for a replacement part. Finally built the trampoline only to find the safety pads do not fit and even worse, the bounce mat is the wrong size. The springs are actually loose. Still can’t use the trampoline and had no response from the company. Total waste of money

Bought a spin bike. Bent frame, so far not sorted 2 months down the line with over 30 emails sent. There is no customer service and if you do get a reply they are rude and unhelpful. Reported to trading standards where they now have to sort within a time frame or it will be taken to court. All because they won't contact me. Not good and I will never be buying from thus company again.

Really efficient delivery time, item as described. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is that one of the bolts was so tightly fastened on to a screw (for one of the pedals) that I had an incredibly difficult time getting it off, fortunately I had a set of wrenches and was able to use two together to loosen the bolt!

Also there is sometimes a clicking noise as you pedal (but not all the time it just varies). Apart from those two issues it’s good value for the money

Trampoline received as gift from grandparents. Once assembled my 8 year old went on it and it immediately started to pull inwards. Contacted retailer to arrange refund/replacement and they advised it shouldn’t have been assembled if faulty. How do you know it is faulty until you use it. No visible damage whilst assembling. Appalling service.

Great bike, easier to assemble and easy to use. Fast delivery and easy to order. It's not expensive but the quality is great for the price. I really enjoy that the display panel will cycle between the time, distance etc whilst your riding. It has a good variety of resistance and is heavy enough to mean it doesnt move around whilst riding. For someone who is just looking for a bike with good resistance this is the one!

Ordered the trampoline on the Tuesday and was expecting a delivery period of at least a week. So to have a notification three days later was brilliant.

The trampoline itself was well packaged. We had a few teething problems with the instructions but they were quickly overcome. A really good quality product that looks like it will stand the test of time with my little boy putting it through its paces!

Have to say ordered a motorised treadmill before I look at reviews on this company and was a bit apprehensive, but I have to say am delighted with it, ordered it on the Tues here by the Thurs put it up (relatively easy) Sat, used it Sunday (today)absolutely no problems.
Does exactly what it says it will do, folds away neatly, can't fault it.

It seems writing a review is the best method of provoking a response as emails clearly get overlooked!

I ordered an Iron Man Multi-use gym set and there many items missing.

6-days ago they said they have ordered the missing parts but I am perplexed as to how long they have even taken to arrive!

I am simply asking given the amount I have spent, £499, you just give me the missing items! I have listed wag down below 6-days ago what items are missing and Alex replied.
